SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICIES
Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on orders of $500 or more. For orders under $500, please refer to the below outline:
—Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery of 3-4 business days $15
—Express Shipping: Estimated delivery 1-2 business days $30

We currently offer shipping within the continental United States. Delivery options and times may vary. In-stock orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via FedEx. You will receive an email with tracking information once your package(s) have been shipped. While we do our best to ensure your orders arrive as quickly as possible, delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to factors beyond our control, including delays by the carrier.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If, upon delivery, you find that your order is damaged or missing items, please contact our team immediately by writing to help@thespaatthejoule.com. A representative will provide you with the next steps to replace or refund your product.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All full-price items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of placing your order. Items must be unopened, unused, and with all original packaging and/or tags. If your item does not fall under the outlined requirements for a return, we are unable to issue you a refund. If you send an illegible item for refund, it will be sent back at your expense.
